GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS This rental is made under the ordinary and legal conditions in such matters and in particular to those after that the tenant undertakes to perform, under penalty of all damages and even termination of these presents, if good seems to the owner and without being able to claim the reduction in rent.

a) Arrival times are normally scheduled on Saturday afternoon from 3 p.m. Departure times are normally scheduled on Saturday morning before 10 a.m.

b) It is agreed that in case of withdrawal: it is agreed that the tenant: - more than one month before the rental takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit paid.

c) If a delay of more than four days from the date of arrival has not been reported by the tenant, the owner may rightly try to re-let the accommodation while retaining the right to turn against the tenant

d) Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them "as a good father" and to maintain them. All the installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises, cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental, will be the responsibility of the tenant. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the tenant or his family.

e) The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as they are in the attached description. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be able to claim from the tenant, on his departure, the price for cleaning the rented premises (fixed at 50 euros), the total value at the replacement price of objects, furniture or broken, cracked, chipped or damaged materials and those whose wear and tear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the price of cleaning the covers made dirty, compensation for deterioration of any kind concerning curtains, wallpapers, ceilings , carpets, rugs, windows, bedding, etc. ...

f) The owner undertakes to insure the accommodation against rental risks on behalf of the tenant, the latter having the obligation to report to him, within 24 hours, any incident occurring in the accommodation, its outbuildings or accessories.

g) The security deposit must be paid by check. It will be returned at the latest 1 month after the departure of the tenant except in the event of deduction. h) The tenant cannot oppose the visit of the premises, when the owner or his representative so requests.

g) Parties and events are prohibited in the accommodation.
